Project Coordinator to coordinate with HO and various sites in connection with billing & other site related activities.
Assign, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate the work of different sites.
Develop, maintain, and monitor projects budgets;
Analyze project specifications to ensure strict compliance;
Perform basic mathematical calculations;
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, supervisory
personnel, and the public;
Accounting Project Cost, Project Fund and expenditure details.
Project bill of quantity (BOQ) estimation and quantity clearance to the Head Office.
Maintaining material procurement follow up. Interacting with contractors and staff at site.
Coordinating with clients and consultants regarding daily project activities, technical specifications, drawings approval, payment issues, ROW issues, etc.
Attending weekly and monthly progress meeting with client and consultant.
Preparing daily progress report to client, consultant and to the company's management.
Making internal progress report for company reference.
Managing technical and commercial project related files and documents
Preparation of progress and financial reports for Management and for clients using latest computer techniques.
Checking Client and Sub contractor billing.
